Refunds and Terms
We are selling loose pearls products (Undrilled pearls), you can refund the product if pearls are not drilled and properly return to the seller according to:
1 - Once the product has been received, the buyer must inform the seller within 7days.
2 - The products must be return within 30 Days
3 - Shipping fees will be covered by the buyer
4 - Pearls must be undrilled
5 - The buyer did not use any Discount Code
When requesting drilling services or if any special discount has been applied, Product is not refundable. Sale is final.
Before making a purchase, you can request additional images or videos, or consult with a member of our staff if you are eligible for refund.
Exceptional Case of Refunds:
If the buyer refuses to comply with the custom and pay the import tax, they are fully responsible for any loss, confiscation of the parcel by customs and any additional charges of the shipping. The buyer will receive a refund for the item only after it is returned to the sender, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Refund Process Time:
Upon receiving the returned items, we will immediately issue a refund or a request of exchanging products with other items in our store will also be possible.
