Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, on the day you've received the product you have 7-14 days to contact us, and 30 days to ship it to us. 

Please note that you may pay for any additional fees to return the product to us.

Custom orders, pieces not in original condition, special orders or pieces that have been modified (Requested Drilling) per customer request are final sale.

Refunds and Terms
We are selling loose pearls products (Undrilled pearls), you can refund the product if pearls are not drilled and properly return to the seller according to:
1 - Once the product has been received, the buyer must inform the seller within 7days.
2 - The products must be return before 30 Days
3 - Shipping fees will be covered by the buyer
4 - Pearls must be undrilled
5 - The buyer did not use any Discount Code

When requesting drilling services or if any special discount has been applied, Product is not refundable. Sale is final.

Before making a purchase, you can request additional images or videos, or consult with a member of our staff if you are eligible for refund.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will immediately issue a refund or a request of exchanging products with other items in our store will also be possible
