CMW PEARLS is a Hong Kong–based business selling internationally.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are entering into a transaction with a Hong Kong entity.
- Hong Kong law governs the transaction.
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are your responsibility.
- Any return must comply with our Hong Kong return procedures.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Product Availability
All items are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Inventory errors
- Pricing errors
- Fraud concerns
- Payment verification failure
- Unforeseen supply issues
If cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued.
Pricing
We reserve the right to correct typographical, system, or pricing errors at any time.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may:

Shipping & Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

Returns & Refunds

- The return request is made outside the specified return period;
- The return constitutes comparison purchasing;

- The shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer;
- The customer requested drilling or customization of pearls prior to shipment.
Custom-made, customised (including drilled pearls), resized, or modified items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless defective upon delivery.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, we reserve the right to:
- Request government-issued identification;
- Request proof of billing address;
- Contact you for order verification prior to shipment;
- Cancel orders flagged as high-risk;
- Refuse shipment to freight forwarders or high-risk addresses.
If we reasonably suspect fraud, we may cancel the order without liability.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in cases of fraud or payment abuse.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may constitute a breach of these Terms.

- Natural pearl variations in color, shape, luster, or surface characteristics are not defects and are not valid grounds for dispute.

- Provide transaction evidence to payment processors;
- Contest fraudulent or abusive chargebacks;
- Recover related administrative and financial costs where legally permitted.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent restriction from future purchases;
- Reporting to payment networks;
- Legal action where appropriate.
Comparison Purchasing
To maintain fair pricing and inventory control, comparison purchasing is not permitted.
Comparison purchasing refers to buying multiple similar items with the intention of keeping only one and returning the remainder.
