1 - Once the product has been received, the buyer must inform the seller within 7days.
2 - The products must be return within 30 Days
3 - Shipping fees will be covered by the buyer
4 - Pearls must be undrilled
5 - The buyer did not use any Discount Code
When requesting drilling services or if any special discount has been applied, Product is not refundable. Sale is final.
Before making a purchase, you can request additional images or videos, or consult with a member of our staff if you are eligible for refund.
Exceptional Case of Refunds:
If the buyer refuses to comply with the custom and pay the import tax, they are fully responsible for any loss, confiscation of the parcel by customs and any additional charges of the shipping. The buyer will receive a refund for the item only after it is returned to the sender, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

I am happy to have found a pearl bracelet of suitable length and high lustre Tahitian pearls. I couldn't use the original clasp very well , so later I asked if the shop could replace it with another type of clasp. They recommended me another clasp and kindly found an extra pearl in similar size and color so as to keep overall length matched. Their customer service is excellent. I was also impressed by an array of beautiful Tahitian pearl jewelry and loose pearls at different price points displayed in their show room. Seeing the pearls in person, I decided to buy a few more pieces of loose pearls for making earrings and pendants. The shopping experience was great.
