How To Apply & Qualify

Automatic VIP Upgrade

Qualify automatically with either threshold:

$2,000+ USD/month for two consecutive months.
$50,000+ USD total purchases within the last 12 months.

Wholesale Lot Bidding & Policy Rules

Sourcing Requests: When submitting lot bids, specify your required Pearl Grade, Shape, Size (mm), and Target Price Range.
No Guarantee Purchase: Bids depend on farmer auction reserves. Winning bids are communicated typically 1 day after auction close.
Binding Offer Commitment: Declining an accepted offer without valid reason results in a formal warning. Three warnings result in deposit forfeiture and account revocation.
Account Maintenance: Accounts inactive for 3 consecutive months receive a notice. Continued inactivity after 2 weeks leads to VIP status revocation.

Program FAQs & Policies

Online Store Refunds: Online store item returns are subject to standard order terms. Drilled pearls are non-refundable.
Auction Lot Refunds: Due to multi-farmer commitments, all wholesale auction lot purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Custom Drilling: Undrilled pearls can be professionally drilled upon request for $0.50 USD per piece.
